I couldn't have asked for better care that I had just received today. They are very punctual and stay to their quota and their word. I was on my last nerve before coming to their shop after being ripped off by a mechanic (hit and run) with hundreds and hundreds of dollars that he owed me for labor and parts, and I was given a run around and half decent service in other shops while still not getting anywhere. Roy 66 let me rest and gave me a peace of mind. I recommend them as they are fair but you wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I was tired to begin with. Now I can rest from all the hassle I was going through with other shops. So I want to thank Tim and all the staff for assisting me today with saving my car and a hassle. Pros: They were extremely polite and professional every single time I called them. I never once felt like a nuisance. They were extremely knowledgeable and even though the job exceeded their estimated quote, they stuck to their quote AND gave me a free oil change. Personalized advice and believe it or not, having to wait 2 weeks to get seen was a major confidence booster because I knew they were only busy because they were fantastic to work with. Kudos to them and I am confident they will take care of me going forward. Tim was a great point of contact. They far exceeded my expectations!

"We got there 15 minutes to 5 they close at 5:30 to smog and register my car. The mechanic was so nice, he said oh yeah we have time. The waiting room is super clean, smelled like wood polish and was comfortable. We were out of there with tags and registration in about 15 mins. "I have a few older cars that I manage to enjoy and maintain well enough. However, about 6 months ago I had one of these cars out on the road, and was enjoying a good drive when she decided to start acting up. I couldn't get it home so I had it towed and I was very concerned where to take it, and who I could trust with one of my babies. Anyway, my brother suggested Roy 66 so that's where she ended up. It was there for about a week-n-half but the end result was sheer perfection. I love their work so much I will be going back. Part of the reason it's taken me so long to leave a review is, I didn't want to say "great work" then the car break. "Had them do a "on the spot renewal" with an emissions check. I had to wait at the front desk for (10) mins before someone came to help me - longer than I expected. I was surprised how quick the service was once they took my keys. They got my truck in the bay, checked the emissions and had my receipt with the new tag stapled to it in (10) mins. The work was done quickly and they even had me come back so they could check the fluid levels. Then my car started misfiring. I took it back and he said that when he cleaned my engine, it may have caused issues with the spark plugs, so he replaced them for FREE! So He cleaned my engine and gave me free spark plugs. I couldn't have asked for better care that I had just received today. They are very punctual and stay to their quota and their word. I was on my last nerve before coming to their shop after being ripped off by a mechanic (hit and run) with hundreds and hundreds of dollars that he owed me for labor and parts, and I was given a run around and half decent service in other shops while still not getting anywhere. Pros: They were extremely polite and professional every single time I called them. I never once felt like a nuisance. They were extremely knowledgeable and even though the job exceeded their estimated quote, they stuck to their quote AND gave me a free oil change. Personalized advice and believe it or not, having to wait 2 weeks to get seen was a major confidence booster because I knew they were only busy because they were fantastic to work with. However, about 6 months ago I had one of these cars out on the road, and was enjoying a good drive when she decided to start acting up. The work was done quickly and they even had me come back so they could check the fluid levels. Then my car started misfiring.
